Over nine months, the team transformed its F&B operations across seven key pillars from purchasing and preparation to guest engagement and disposal: embedding food waste prevention into its daily culture.

To celebrate, the hotel hosted an inspiring zero food waste event, where chefs, media, and food lovers came together to experience how sustainable dining can be innovative, flavorful, and impactful.
